By creating an account on Streemrz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your use of the Streemrz marketplace and authorized access to the Dojo Voice Application.

2. The Streemrz Privacy Oath

We are a privacy-first platform hosted in the USA. We explicitly commit to the following:

• No Data Harvesting: We do not utilize telemetry, browser tracking, or hidden data-mining.
• No Selling of Data: Your personal information, social handles, and site activity will never be sold to third parties.
• API Key Security: Your Stream API keys are used strictly for the automated detection of your "LIVE" status and are stored with high-level encryption.

3. Content & Licensing

Streemrz is a repository for free community tools. To maintain this environment, you agree to the following content rules:

• No Licensed Content: You strictly agree not to upload music, graphics, or code that is under active third-party copyright or license.
• Public Domain Grant: By uploading an asset, you grant Streemrz a non-exclusive, global license to host and distribute that content to all other users for free.
• AS-IS Provision: All community-uploaded scripts, tools, and assets are provided "AS IS". Streemrz Ltd is not liable for any system instability or data loss resulting from the use of community content.

4. Unified Ban & Etiquette Policy

Your Streemrz identity is your Dojo identity. We maintain a high standard of community conduct:

• Zero Tolerance: There is a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, racist commentary, or hate speech on both Streemrz and the Dojo Voice Application.
• Account Limit: Users are permitted to create exactly one (1) account. Attempting to circumvent bans or limits via multiple accounts will result in permanent hardware and IP-level bans.
• Platform Purpose: While we support free speech, this platform is a tool repository; actions should remain in line with professional and community resource sharing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Streemrz Ltd and its administrators shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the Dojo application. You use all downloaded tools at your own risk.
